KUALA LUMPUR: Yinson Holdings Bhd wants to issue a subordinated perpetual Islamic notes (perpetual Sukuk Wakalah) programme of up to RM1 billion in nominal value based on the Shariah principle of Wakalah BI Al-Istithmar.
The energy infrastructure and technology company said the proceeds raised from the issuance will be utilised for its capital expenditure, refinancing of existing financing, future financing, and working capital.
The perpetual Sukuk Wakalah issued under the programme would not be rated, it told the stock exchange.
At lunch break, shares of Yinson slipped 0.47 per cent to RM2.14 with 1.48 million shares transacted.
