Net asset alone doesn't tell where is the bottoming out,
What I'm amazed is 8888 sifu, almost grab parksin at the right price and timing.
I'm sure 8888 sifu, has others criteria for parkson.

If you read Calvin posts he said NTA not much changes even for Parkson. Only share price fluctuate a lot.

Parkson at multiyears low. Current price easy for syndicate to operate. Technical analysis indicate it poised for rebound. If only technical rebound can expect 50%-100% in very short term. If turnaround in business could be a multibagger. Still can survive in China shows resilience of Parkson. The loss is indeed very small. Close down some underperforming stores and cost saving measure can easily make it in green. They are working on it. 20m+ or eps 2 sen easy easy la. At current share price buying Parkson is no brainer. Asset play also no bad, Nta 1.95.

To overcome the eCommerce threat Parkson can consider to introduce its product through ecommerce...customer not satisfy can go to nearest store to change...hehe
