Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 18 August 2022 and 17 January 2023.
The Board of KAB wishes to announce that KABEH and UFC, had mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date as stipulated in the Agreement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition to 17 May 2023.

if you have extra money, buy the kab warrant. 6 months before expired usually have 1 or 2 spike. Expired date on April 2024
