On behalf of the Board of Directors of Impiana (“Board”), Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad (“Kenanga IB”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
proposed consolidation of every 5 existing ordinary shares in Impiana (“Impiana Shares” or “Shares”) into 1 Impiana Share (“Consolidated Share(s)”) (“Proposed Share Consolidation”);
proposed amendments to the constitution of Impiana (“Constitution”) (“Proposed Amendments”); and
proposed issuance of redeemable convertible notes (“Notes”) with an aggregate principal amount of up to RM150.00 million, which will mature on the date falling 36 months from the closing date of the first sub-tranche of the Tranche 1 Notes (“Proposed Notes Issue”).

Anyone can tell I calculate the total room for impiana hotel at Malaysia total have 3 hotels. If fully booked 1 QR can have rm16mil sales just average room rate RM200. This not yet include the hotel in Thailand have 3 hotel and Indonesia also have 3 hotel. But each QR the revenue is less than 6mil. Why huh? Their hotel occupancy rate is just 20%?

Long time ago I stayed at one Impiana, it was very very nice. Like 5 star at 4 star price. But couple years ago, stayed same hotel again, it was not nice anymore. Was run down.
Ever since that, I no longer stay at Impiana.
