KUALA LUMPUR (March 22): Theta Edge Bhd said the purported termination of its contract to develop a hospital information system and electronic medical record for Institut Jantung Negara is “based on alleged default by the company”.
“The project has made substantial progress and the company is currently seeking legal advice,” said Theta Edge in a filing to the stock exchange on Wednesday (March 22).
On Monday, Theta Edge announced that its wholly-owned unit Theta Technologies Sdn Bhd had received a notice of termination from Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd.
The information communication and technology company, which is a member of Tabung Haji Group, said Theta Technologies had been awarded the four-year contract worth RM25.2 million by Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd.

Tabung Haji fund is very important in Malaysia so ThetaEdge being a listed entity of Tabung Haji will get NEW SOURCE of contracts from GLC .I will not be surprised to see THETAEDGE giving out dividend in the near future with a new group of GOOD IT work force led by a very well discipline LADY CEO. In USA alot o listed company with lady CEO or deputy CEO perform very well like AMD, NASDAQ , GM etc and also the FORMER CEO of PEPSI who turn around the AILING competitor of COCAcola.A very GOOD BUY if share price fall below 60sen when most cabinet ministers are talking about internet of thing and INFO tech for seamless govt. operation and performance.

If the price falls below 60c...not worth to buy anymore. They cannot even support with NOSH below 200 millions and 38% owned by Tabung??? What's it good for then??
They also just lost a 25 million Contract with IJN.......whose fault?

Do not worry of 1 contract loss because any working government of the day will try to give them jobs in order for tabung haji to survive.if not where to find money for subside haj. At the moment TH is already late to declare the dividend which they normally announce in Feb.
