If MYEG venture in blockchain is not appreciated by the local capital market players ( whose banking license attached to to national responsibility is to efficiently allocate scare capital to the most productive assets ) in msia, the end is the blockchain business be bought over by a consortium private capitalists ( including Blackrock ) and be listed in HK or US.

China has already generously offered and shared its national strategic blockchain technologies with myeg ( by extension ) to act as its International Node in SEA. Now, China wants to see if its generosity will be implemented swiftly. Else, Indonesia will take over the role. It's is similar to the HSR episode....

In US, blockchain ecosystem, together with AI computing power, causes the revolution of data centers from offering basic storage to hyper computing features. If msia wants to be data center hub , in deed and in substance, in SEA, then blockchain is an intergral part of data center ecosystem. myeg is reckoned to be driving force towards it. So, don't get misguided by the dirty word "minting token" , because minting is an important piece of self funding (vie tokenisation ) to get new money in to build and expand a big project

（吉隆坡17日讯）大马货运代理联合会（FMFF）与MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股），今日签署了解备忘录（MOU），以期向前者会员推广采用ZTrade平台。
去年6月面市的ZTrade，是MyEG旗下的首层公共区块链平台Zetrix所搭建的跨境贸易便利化服务平台。
成立以来动作频频的ZTrade，目前已覆盖投资、贸易及工业部，还有中国海关总署（GACC），签署的原产地证书（COO）数字认证。
另外，采用ZTrade的贸易商借此平台，还能取得农业与粮食安全部颁发的植物检疫及其他产品证书的数字认证，从而实现双向跨境数字化贸易文件管理。
今午，上述双方在吉隆坡举行了备忘录签署仪式，并由投资、贸易及工业部长东姑扎夫鲁亲莅现场见证并致辞。
扎夫鲁致辞时称：“自2022年12月，大马2030新工业大蓝图（NIMP 2030）出台，配合团结政府落实的政策，都刺激了本地投资者与商人的信心。”
增强马中贸易
“因此，我国7月份贸易额才会年增逾18%，缔造近两年来最佳的贸易表现。”
他续称，中国已连续15年成为我国主要贸易伙伴，去年（2023）的马中贸易总额，更上看4510亿令吉左右，占我国贸易总额17.1%份额。
“中国总理李强今年访马，还启动了新一轮的马中贸易周期，即从今年起持续至2028年为止。”
而MyEG旗下的Zetrix，此前还跟中国海关旗下全资机构——东方物通科技有限公司（East Logistics Link），缔结了独家合作关系，拟共建东盟成员国单一贸易窗口。
大马货运代理联合会，与MyEG签署了解备忘录后，旗下会员便能采用ZTrade，以国家单一贸易窗口的形式，迎合数字化并简化程序，改善国际贸易的便利。
完善生态系统
MyEG联合创办人兼董事经理黄天顺称：“其实跟FMFF合作不仅限于技术，因为MyEG一直力求携手行业及利益相关者，让ZTrade满足本国独特的贸易需求。”
他期待ZTrade能够成长为一套完善的生态系统，以供行业与利益相关者全面的数字化和简化服务，从而彻底改变国际贸易形式。
大马货运代理联合会总会长拿督谢汉廷表示：“本会一向致力促进本地货运代理的竞争力，因此，很高兴能跟MyEG合作，我们也会确保会员们采用ZTrade平台。”

As if the market or market maker is expected to sell down MYEG tomorrow due to new shares being issued. Relatively not much DRP shares to be issued. Less than 1% of previous NOSH less treasury shares, assuming takeup rate is only 50%.

MYEG share price will somehow fly to the roof between RM2 - 5 given a long enough passage of time. Don't get duped and frightened by the frequent dumping (sell ) and scooping (buy) vie married deals by the very same parties which are disclosed in Bursa, provided you go in within key support prices and can take paper losses 10% - 20%. His action is so wrong because it points to taking advantage of SC rules and distorting price discovery to his sole benefit. In USA, doing such thingy will get hauled by SEC and be sent to jail ( like the Binance founder guy's fate ). Alas, here is a different world...

Here are the tailwinds that will somehow catapult MYEG share price:
1) About 15 million of new Zetrix tokens have been issued and sold at around USD15.50 in August 2024, totaling USD232.5 million (equivalent to RM1.023 billion at USD-RM 4.4 rate ). MYEG's share at 56% stake in Zetrix is about RM570 million. Of course, the top line has not deducted the Zetrix costs, including minting costs, exchange costs etc. In September, a few more millions of zetrix tokens were sold above USD15.50. The fact that points to the size of the deal matters. As of today, in total 176 mil of Zetrix tokens have been issued and sold since its inception in October 2023.
2) MYEG fortune is now tied to China's prosperity. China and HK markets are hot and surging and have become the haven for prosperity as a results of geopolitics and China's macro & micro economic policies. Do you want to jump into China play ?
3) MYEG's is announcing in Nov its 3rd quarter results. It will be a boom, probably breaking RM200 mil profit if not above RM180 mil.

MYEG is your prosperity friend provided you have the stamina to endure pains inflicted by highly unfair manipulative stock prices and the on going manipulative stock dumping and scooping aka "married deals" is cut shot. Then MYEG jumping to RM2 - RM5 is highly possible.

MYEG has adopted a very safe approach to monetize its RM1 bil investment by TOKENIZATION. It has minted 1.2 bil Zetrix tokens (aka printed "cypo money") and has only released and sold about 170 mil Zetrix tokens (initial offering was USD4 / token) when Zetrix was listed for trading in crypto exchanges. It has to manage Zetrix price, currently at USD15 - USD16 by releasing more Zetrix tokens when demand from Zetrix increases during to trading and purchases by exporters who need Zetrix tokens to purchase blockchain service for their goods to be exported to China. So, Zetrix tokens as per people in the trade are forecast to surge to USD30 in 2025 and USD50 in 2026 as international trade with China increases.
