After 2 weeks meditation, Monday will b back to dance with market again !! I foresee crude shall recover by year end, therefore will start giant collection on icon son because less scripts, very easy to goreng !!!! hohoho

sold all 3m bought 7.5 yesterday hohohoho, during MCO very easy cari makan !!! everyday also make good profit because penny stocks make 1 sen sudah lari kuat kuat !!! less than rm1 share 2 sen profits cukup !!!!

Remarks : The Warrants are issued to the entitled shareholders of Icon pursuant
to the:-(i) renounceable rights issue of 2,354,363,900 new ordinary shares in
Icon ("Icon Share(s)") ("Rights Shares") together with 588,590,975 new Warrants
on the basis of 100 Rights Shares for every 1 Icon Share held after the share
consolidation as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 January 2020 and 1 Warrant for every 4
Rights Shares subscribed for by our entitled shareholders, at an issue price of
RM0.105 per Rights Shares ("Rights Issue with Warrants");(ii) issuance and
allotment of 262,059,095 new Icon Shares together with 65,514,768 Warrants to
relevant financiers of Icon and its subsidiaries in order to settle
approximately RM27.52 million in debt ("Issuance to the Financiers");
and(iii) issuance and allotment of 1,637,869 new Icon Shares together with
409,467 Warrants to Sage 3 Sdn Bhd to settle an amount due of RM171,976.29
("Issuance to the Creditor").Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe
for 1 new Icon Share at the exercise price of RM0.165 and at any time during
the exercise period of 8 years as indicated above ("Exercise Period")
commencing from and including the issue date of the Warrants and ending at 5.00
p.m. on the maturity date (provided that if such a date is not a market day,
then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day).
The Warrants are subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions and
conditions of the deed poll dated 9 January 2020 constituting the Warrants. Any
Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and
cease to be valid for any purpose.This announcement is dated 17 February 2020.
