91,171,801 free detachable warrants ("Warrant(s)") issued pursuant to the bonus issue of 36,468,744 new ordinary shares in SWS Capital Berhad ("SWS") ("SWS Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") to be credited as fully paid-up, together with 91,171,801 Warrants, on the basis of two (2) Bonus Shares together with five (5) Warrants for every eight (8) existing SWS Shares held by the entitled shareholders whose names appeared in the record of depositors on 13 July 2018.
