The Company operates in five business segments: technical/oil and gas services; trading and manufacturing; engineering, procurement and construction; investment holding, and oil and gas exploration and evaluation. Its subsidiaries include M3nergy FPSO Perintis Sdn Bhd, Trenggo Minerals Sdn Bhd, Trenggo Quarry Sdn Bhd, M3nergy Resources Sdn Bhd, M3nergy Marine Sdn Bhd, M3nergy International Limited, M3nergy Gamma Sdn Bhd, Snap Capital Sdn Bhd and M3nergy Nusantara Sdn Bhd. In February 2009, the Company incorporated its subsidiary, M3nergy India Private Ltd. In June 2009, the Company incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary, M3nergy Nusantara Sdn Bhd.
