On behalf of the Board of Directors of Dufu Technology Corp. Berhad (the “Company” or “DUFU”), we are pleased to inform that at the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company duly convened on June 18, 2015, following resolutions were decided by poll and the results are as follows:-

1. To approve the payment of Directors’ Fee of up to RM348,000/- for the financial year ending December 31, 2015.

2. To re-elect Mr. Hsu, Chin-Shui, a Director retiring under the provision of Article 97(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company.

3. To re-elect Mr. Ang Siak Keng, a Director retiring under the provision of Article 97(1) of the Articles of Association of the Company.

4. To re-appoint Messrs. Crowe Horwath as Auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration.

5. To authorise Mr. Khoo Lay Tatt to continue to serve as Senior Independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company.

6. To approve the authority to Issue Shares pursuant to Section 132D of the Companies Act 1965 and approvals from Bursa Securities and other relevant governmental/ regulatory authorities where necessary.
