Ex-Price should be 15 sen and above after 07/05/2024. Strong urge to BUY if Fintec price drops below 15 sen and Fintec-PA price drops below 11 sen based on my Calculation.

Remember, China did failed to pay Trillions of GOLD LOAN BONDS during the WW1 when China was so poor then. Until now, those Chinese Treasury Bonds are still unpaid and un-redeemed even that China is so Rich now. Maybe , USA is using this as one of the reasons to pressure China to pay up those DEFAULTED TREASURY BONDS and OFFSET them against the US Current Treasury Bonds due and payable. Everything is possible.

Watching closely SP Setia Berhad is developing their Banyan Project in Semenyih and their response may affect our Semenyih;s Land nearby them. SP Setia Bhd had launced their development activities last year on September 15, 2023. Our 501 acres of Freehold Development Land is just on the main road before the Nirvana's Famous Landmark in Semenyih. Currently still valuated and declared at RM36 psf since 15th March 2017, about 7 years ago according to the Seacera's Annual Report yearly.

Tomorrow, EGM at 11am to pass Members Resolution for Reduction of Shares from 5.9 Billions to 220 millions using 30 to 1 Ratio. This Exercise is to Consolidate our Fintec Position so that our Fintec Shares can be more marketable and easy to dispose. Less shares are in the market and it may go up to the PAR VALUE of RM1.20 a share more easily with 30 times less shares now. If if Fintec drops less than 15 sen a share, we are like buying less than RM0.005 ( half a sen ) now a pre-Consolidation Minimum price set by the Bursa. So, if it drops further, it is a Golden Opportunity to accumulate more. If Fintec fundamentals remain, its share price should be above 30 sen or more after Consolidation Exercise tomorrow. Consolidate for the goodness and benefit of the All the Shareholders is OK. Don't consolidate and then issue new shares again using whatever methods to cheat the investors from their hard earned money. Example is MLAB and EDU-SPEC recently.

My broking firm is Inter-Pacific Securities. Until today despite me having completed opening a Foreign Acct, submitted my V-Stock Dividend letter and Statement of Receipt for the ARB-IOT shares to them since 22/2/2024, there is no news. BLee : I prefer to use maturity for ICPS rather than expiry, as like FD maturity, you get interest $ (some ICPS entitle for Dividend) plus principle $ upon maturity. YES, YOU GOT IT. Use the word "Maturity" for ICPS and the word "Expiry" for Warrants. YES. ICPS auto convert and do not need to add any $. Each ICPS pre-payment after Consolidation is already equal to RM2.40. ICPS during Right Issue already “deposited” $, in my case getting 0.005 for a pre-paid of 0.08 and upon Consolidation getting RM2.40 (actual paying 0.005 x 30 equal 0.15). The worth of 1 Fintec price upon maturity is in Question now after Consolidation. I would truly suggest that whoever having ICPS to apply conversion of their ICPS to Fintec shares before the Consolidation in order to avoid them being eaten up by the Syndicate later on where ICPS market worth can also go back to half a sen or 1.0 sen after consolidation as the future market prices of Fintec shares are uncertain. I want to ask a question. What if Fintec Shares never go back to above RM3.30 a share at all thus rendering Fintec ICPS all useless. Do you think so like me, BLee?

Panic sellers at half a sen were 8.8 mil and 135mil yesterday and on Friday 2/2/2024. Today, there were no more panic sellers throwing at half a sen but all mostly done at 1.0 sen at Seller's price. STRANGE WORLD.

@Musang King, very good observation. I have just posted my Humble Opinion and method to collect "toilet paper" at 0.005; so far quite successful. You needs to open minimum 2 screen to see the bids; cancel the order if the seller cancel the sell order.. so far quite successful. You also must observe how many sellers and the volume. By Right or by Law, Fintec Management should wait until the expiry date of ICPS ie 4th December 2027 to do this CONSOLIDATION EXERCISE. ARBB did that recently and they waited ARBB-PA to expire in order to do their Dividend-in-specie exercise altogether smoothly.

This ICPS issue is a very tricky and ambigious scenerio for the future . After Consolidation, if ICPS holders are still holding them till expiry date, they need to top up RM0.90 to get a unit of Fintec share after surrendering one unit of ICPS worth RM2.40. (RM0.08 x 30) That's very expensive. But if one uses the surrendering of full 11 ICPS to get 8 Fintec Shares, that's OK. Note : 11 ICPS = RM26.40 to get 8 Fintec Shares worth theoretically RM3.30 X 8 but it would be very uncertain then as it depends very much on the market prices of Fintec then. Summary : The Future of the unconverted ICPS are very uncertain. It is advisable to convert them now before the Consolidation comes in to avoid facing this Dilemma.

For Warrants A holders, their Warrants would surely got burnt as the expiry date is only 19th April 2024. Too late to wait for Fintec Shares to move up unless miracles do happen which is near impossible. The theoretical maximum scenerio for ICPS and Warrants A as proposed by Fintec lately are only a "Dream" which are absurd possibility. Most probably Fintec would not a get a sen or so from the the Warrants A holders as the Warrants A will soon expire before or as soon as the Consolidation is over. But anyhow, TA Securities have to write it as such as they have to write an account for the Warrants A holders who still having Warrants A validity till the 19th of April 2024.
