I have visit the shopping mall few week ago that why I know ,even we discount the net yield to 5% 40 millions net income a year should be no problem this income still not including 2500 park space at imago mall ):-

For me I don care about today up 1 cents tomorrow drop half cents is just a paper gain and lost only we not speculative we look for long term and high return .
Remember last years I invest in one stock name SKPRES some one in this forum told me don buy la this stock wouldn't move one I continue accumulate few millions share at 31 cents and I start exit it above 70 cents make huge of return as long as you confident for ASIAPAC just do it ):-
