Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Group, has unveiled Signature Campaign 2024, the third instalment of the campaign, with participating projects across the Klang Valley, Johor, Ipoh and Penang.

Today 15.03.2024, cum dividend day of 3.5 sen. Today closed at RM3.02. Next Monday, 18.03.2024 (ex-dividend day) got to begin with RM2.98. Hopefully, can go back to RM3.02 or higher. Sunway managed to close at all time high at RM2.96 on 13 March 2024. Still got two more trading days before the dividend of 3.5 sen ex-date on 18 March 2024.

With today's closing price of RM2.53, I am now having paper loss already. Why KGB only goes up in the month of results? But never mind, I can hold for the whole of FY2024.

Taurx announcement will be at 8:50 pm Malaysian time on the 7th of this month (March). If no good news, then it will drop back to original price. If got good news, it will hit limit up and no more chance to buy. Anyway, tomorrow (Thursday 7th March), I will gamble with RM10,000 first (GentingC2T), in case it is approved.

Why today drop so much (6 sen)? Genting also can rebound strongly. Any more hope for KGB?

Recalculation: 102.7 × (113.7 ÷ 100) = RM116.7. Thus, 116.7 ÷ 4 = RM29.3. Why so low? I am expecting a strong first quarter in FY24. With this figure, it is even lower than the 4th quarter of FY23. I still prefer my original calculation.

Affin Hwang Investment Bank forcasts growth of 13.7%. Expected 1st quarter PAT FY2024 = (113.7 ÷ 100) × 35.7 mil = 40.6 mil.

@Flyer: Yes RM1.38 × 1000 =RM1,380. Just now I look at the calender. I am afraid it could not make it for the dividend on 21.03.2024 (ex-date).

I saw on top, so many investors bought KGB-WB and convert to KGB mother shares (1.11 + 1.38 = 2.48). KGB now 2.56. Monday morning I will buy KGB-WB and ask registrar Boardroom Sdn Bhd to email me the conversion form. It will take T + 2 plus 8 market days. While waiting for the process, probably KGB will be higher.

Actually what happened yesterday morning (gab up 3 sen followed by negative 5 sen) made me very nervous. Hope today (1st March 2024), the KGB operator will make it green one whole day by absorbing all the profit taking.

The share price of SUNWAY will be adjusted down 26 sen and adjusted down as well for 1 for 10 SHG share. Kenanga put SUNWAY underperform from RM2.79 to RM2.51.

Plantation stocks retreat as weak earnings stoke concerns.

Calvintaneng: Please advise. I am about to press the buy button of THPLANT but no gut to do so. So, I pressed the buy button of YTLPOWER.

Today moving in the opposite direction. Never mind, still.got 3 more trading days before the 4th quarter results is released on 28 Feb 2024. After that, hopefully it is same like YTLPOWER.

I think its movement is something like Notion. Gap up for two consecutive days after reporting a good quarter results. The dividend of 1.4 sen is a surprise.

4 more trading days before Q4 results. Now WB is 1 bid 1 sen. Should have a positive premium already.
