C-6A/B输煤皮带宽1.6m，长65m，提升高度11.8m，带速2.5m/s，最大输煤量为2400t/h。C-6A/B输煤皮带为越南海阳工程第一条顺利试运的皮带，此次皮带试运为工程后期各条皮带试转积累了宝贵的经验，同时为后续堆煤、上煤及一号机组冲转奠定了坚实的基础。

I am thinking that 18 months is ample time. Of course earlier COD is always a possibility because they are Chinese big boys.

Performance testings are conducted before COD. And COD is considered the completion date if I am correct. There is no point completing earlier and can’t achieve COD because of too many things not meeting the specifications and requiring all the rectification works over a long period of time. I may be wrong.

近日，为保证2018年年度计划如期完成，越南海阳项目部会同合作队伍合理调配人力资源，采取昼夜轮班的方式，加速推进现场施工进度。
　　2018年3月18日，越南海阳项目部昼夜轮班施工制度正式开始。昼夜轮班区域主要集中在主厂房、#1-1、#1-2锅炉以及组合场区域等，目的是为加速推进汽机基座、主厂房、锅炉钢架以及循环水管制作施工，确保汽机台板就位、主厂房屋面断水、锅炉受热面开吊以及循环水管安装顺利完成。此次昼夜轮班，项目部采用专业技术员现场值班，项目领导、安全员巡检的方式，对各个施工作业点进行全程监控；昼夜交替换班时，由项目专业技术人员对夜班施工人员进行安全教育和技术交底，施工过程中进行相关技术指导，项目领导及安全员作业点定时巡检，确保各作业点保质、保量、安全有序向前推进。截止22日，主厂房B-C排第一层钢柱吊装完成、钢梁及斜撑完成70%，汽机基座开始施工，#1-1锅炉第四层钢架完成70%，#1-2锅炉第三层钢架完成70%，循环水管制作完成400吨、喷砂防腐完成4件。

　　轮班作业，加快现场工作推进的同时，有效的避免了白天多专业交叉施工带来的安全隐患，也为2018年5月27日锅炉受热面开吊、8月4日汽机台班就位里程碑节点工期如期完成奠定了坚实的基础，更为雨季来临之前，厂房内能够有序的施工提供必要的作业条件。（何明汉）
