Surprisingly Ukraine is still very calm and people of Ukraine is not fleeing.

Russia/Ukraine conflict has caused instability in the whole Ukraine and thus affecting eastern Europe. EU particularly is watching closely as it may affect directly the members neighbouring to Ukraine. Once the war escalates into a full blown war, refugees from Ukraine will stream into neighbouring countries. The big concern is whether Russia is aiming at recreating the Soviet Union.

Personal prospective is important. Day traders, short term investors have different prospective as compared to those with mid-term to longer term investors. For short term investors, they see an opportunity to dispose off and buy back later. For mid term to loner term investors, they opt to wait for longer term if they see a bright future of the counter.
