PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN XOX ("XOX SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("PLACEMENT SHARES"), REPRESENTING NOT MORE THAN 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF THE COMPANY (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT")
We refer to the announcement dated 26 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities, vide its letter dated 2 February 2023, had resolved to return the additional listing application which was submitted on 26 July 2022 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement, due to insufficient documentation, which were required for Bursa Securities’ processing.

The Company will submit a revised additional listing application for the Proposed Private Placement and will issue an announcement in this respect accordingly, in due course.

This announcement is dated 3 February 2023.

How come can lost money here ? Total DIV payout in 2021 + 2022 = RM1.245 , if buying RM7.50 (now your cost is only RM6.255) Regardless what your entries, as long as you hold long to mid term. you will get 100% return ( depend how long)

Doesn't matter what the target price is from IB. As long as what i invested can give me 100% or more return after 10 years is good enough. Looking back on stocks price fluctuating due to noises since the pandemic 2019.. eg .glove, vaccine, healthcare etc. make and lost , buy and sell... and 3 years have pasted. Much fun but return not as expected.

So much noise ,still 0.035 to 0.04 . Jimat energy la. Market are efficient . This is what it valued. Real estate biz good but depend what you own and how much you own. Sleeping and doing nothing can make money ?

Don't know how much they can collect from RI later and what they do with it .. Hope not for operation or pay salary , if so better close the biz. Why continue to be listed
