On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 February 2021, approved the listing and quotation of up to 71,156,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

With the approval from Bursa....Monday will start the push above 30c

Will resume uptrend nx week.

Watch out for afternoon session.....

Based on TA....Today will break 30c

@YuHainTeck..... Logically......if the share price is below 29.7c....then who would want to take up the PP? Might as well buy cheaper from the open market. So by hook or by crook....they have to push up the share price above 30c to make the PP looks more attractive.

I posted this earlier.....
I still believe they will maintain the PP at 29.7c and they will push up the share price to around 50c later on to make the PP very2 attractive to the prospective investors.

@YuHainTeck......It seems that people are really fond of buying high and cut loss and sell low rather than buy low and sell high. Most of you may not agree with me buy I can honestly say...its best to buy now when the share price is languishing at the lower end and wait for it to go up and sell high. Even if it goes down a bit more....it doesn't matter because the downside risk is already limited. Your conscience is clear....you know you are buying low. Remember....share prices do NOT go down forever. Sooner or later they will shoot back up strongly. Just mark my words.

.....and today once again...its proven to be true!

Based on TA....Bullish Engulfing has already formed on the candlestick chart indicating a very powerful reversal has already taking place. Tomorrow will open gap-up and will then proceed with a strong surge past the 30c level with heavy volume to test the immediate resistance level at 34c.

Based on TA.....nx wk should have a meaningful rebound back to above 30c.

@Bemillion.....If the PP is 20c....they will only get RM14.2mil from the exercise.....They intend to pay RM10.8mil debts.....so the remainder definitely won't be adequate to finance their planned expansion. So....I don't think it will be 20c. The initial 29.7c announced seems more appropriate.
