To hold a counter for long term, the first criteria is its management. It has to be trustworthy or at least show behavior of trustworthy. I have hold LPI for 12 years, Inari for 6 years, Johotin for 4 years and are still holding on.

My high confident on Krono has been dented by its lousy q1 and q2. Especially q1 where Krono has a very significant write off which I was not convinced at all and thus corelate it to incompetency or poor integrity of its directors. Until I build back confident on its management, I will keep it for short to medium term only and target for RM 1 instead of RM1.50 or RM1.80.

Reason is that Krono does not share much about prospect of its biz, making estimation of its value difficult.

I have high confident on VS after knowing its operation is running at full capacity and the new plant is on its way for commissioning in Jun. Based on calculation of its eps, VS can go to 3.50. The rest are rely on time, broader market sentiment and luck.

Write back the 3.2 mil forex loss as it is a non operational loss, Q320 eps is 2.5cts. Annualize eps 2.5x4 = 10cts.
5 yrs CAGR till Dec19 = 36%. Q3 yoy growth=29%. Bright growth prospect from China, Taiwan, MNC in Penang. Thus I give KGB PE=30.
TP=PE30*eps10=RM3.00.
Give 20% discount for safety margin, TP=RM3x80%=RM2.40. Cheers!!!
