Hope the QR started to show positive, and more and more positive in next QR, to take the share price to where it was few years back...the glorious days for Sapura were during oil hike in 2014-2016...and if oil persistently stay at 60-80 or even higher, certainly more interest in oil exploration and production, so can dream for Sapura to regain its glorious day through good startegy to sell some assets at good price plus good E&P biz...etc...its possible for Sapura to climb back to previous glorious if oil price stay higher in 2-3 years time...

The Ewint is lagging behind Ecoworld...don't know if it is due to intrinsic value? or sth else, (the original IPO of Ecoworld is higher then Ewint?)

natural gas price is roketing up...now 4.22...anyone noticing this, quietly Sapura is benefited from the shoot up in natural gas price...

Same thoughts here with @armadatuah too...I think they need to sell off those assets, reduce impairment cost, and optimze the operation cost...slowly toward more sustainable positive cash flow to company while repaying the debt from profit and asset sell off....

Hope they will be able to get rid some during oil bullish now...Focusing on those biz with more sustainable and higher profit margin

Just my opinion, profit margin very much depends on oil market and ouil marget, if market tight with oil supply and demand, oil price stands high, the profit margin should be higher than past 2-3 years during oil bearish...

Oil stabilize at USD70+, this is good for economy recovery...a much higher oil price will affect the economy revitalization, increasing the inflation, and boost the shale oil indutries...

Oil price stabilizing at USD 70+- is good enough for upstream biz...it does not need to be 100++, as long as it is settling consistently.

Natural gas price is soaring...this is good for Sapura...

These factors are favoring Sapura in upcoming quarters...

Its getting better and better, clearly seen from EBITA reported for this quarter and last quarter.
All devisions are imporving if I read the Quarter report right...

The oil and natural gas price up to April (recorded for last Quarter) are lower than current oil price (Oil price and natural gas price from May till now are much higher).

SO I m anticipating positively for performance in upcoming Quarter, to be reported in September...It will be promising I bet.

i guess some big players selling now to create panic to retailers to sell at loss, before soon buying back before X-date, to catch the fat dividend...

For me, i stick on it...and enjoy my dividend...and anticipating patiently for it to rise up to its IPO level...I worry may miss the boat, not evertime I can sell on high, buy on low, and sell on high...Share market unpredictable...

I think it will be better and better till X-Date, and mayb beyond, imagine you buy at 60+ sen, gain 5sen dividend, that's like 8%+ dividend in less than a month by 23 July...

The dividend is much better than interest from Bank...8%+ in less than a month time, money in your account by 23 July...so who wanna sell? If somebody sell now, it stand a risk of losing fat divident in upcoming month, somemore if the share price remain still 60 sen + or even higher in upcoming months, due to high inflation globally which prompt people buying properties...

I am also think, big fund may come in whenever there is a discount in share price when it goes low...

Big fund like fat dividends...

I just topped up some more...

Lets see how it does in upcoming days...8% divident, in less than a month time...riding on property, inflation etc...in UK and AUstralia...

Share market is unthinkable...cannot be expected, tat y only less than 10% making profit...this part i agree.

But investing in GENTING and GENM i can always sleep well....regardless of different pull back cycle...no matter how much we invest here, coz we know, this stock won't go holland...having GENP, GENM, property etc....and some more worldwide now...

Unlike investing in glove counters, i cannot sleep during pull back...coz whats always in my mind is,,,,will current price dip bottom further again, coz current price top glove RM 5= RM5x3=RM 15 (Precovid is rm 5+)

and supermx is rm 4x2 = rm 8 (Precovid is only rm 1+)...these always worry me if I invest in glove counters...

anyway, US and Europe has much lower cases now....they may not need that many glove anymore, and gloves super huge profit still sustainble??
