（吉隆坡13日讯）柔新经济特区（JS-SEZ）最新进展出炉，分析员预计在第二通道和古来策略性地点拥有地库的主要产业公司UEM阳光（UEMS,5148,主板产业组）、双威（SUNWAY,5211,主板工业产品服务组）和IOI置业（IOIPG,5249,主板产业组）受益更多；柔佛州政府提出16个经济领域以推动未来当地经济成长，分析员乐观看待，给予产业领域“增持”评级。

根据兴业研究报告，柔佛州务大臣拿督翁哈菲兹指出，柔新经济特区的范围涵盖大马依斯干达特区（IM）以及边佳兰，面积达3505平方公里，涉及6个地方政府，并提出电子电器、医疗、制药、制造、航空、特别化学品、物流、保健、教育、清真工业、金融与商业服务、数字经济，以及旅游16个经济领域，当中包含绿色与再生能源。

（吉隆坡13日讯）兴业投资银行研究指出，由于在最新市值排名第24位，双威（Sunway Bhd，KL:SUNWAY）有望纳入富时隆综指成分股。

兴业投行今日在报告中表示，如果排名在截止日保持不变，双威将取代大马银行集团（AMMB Holdings Bhd，KL:AMBANK）的综指股地位。后者是排名最低的综指股。

根据富时大马指数系列的基本准则，如果市值降至26或更低，该股将被踢出综指股。若升至第25位或更高，则将在下一次定期检讨时被纳入综指股。

兴业投行说：“根据最新的市值排名，双威排在第24位，有资格纳入综指股，并可能取代排名最低的大马银行。”

“不过，双威与排名第26位的森那美（Sime Darby Bhd，KL:SIME）之间的市值差距只有约8亿令吉，未来两周股价可能会出现一些波动，因此仍有变数。”

该研究机构指出，如果大马银行保持在第35位或更高，而双威降至26位或更低，那综指股名单将不会有变动。

下一轮综指股半年检讨将根据5月27日收盘时的市值排名，并将于6月6日公布，以及在6月24日起生效。
