I took risk to buy some Kpower at 1.36 yesterday,risk-rewark ratio that i can manage,will buy more if drop below $1.10(not likely i think).Kpower is totally running by different management and no RRPT with Serba(correct me if im wrong).I think IB will sapu all the call warrant to close the contract from panic seller of Serba(Kpower n Scib no cw).This is not buy call for Kpower,know your risk appetite before u buy.

Investors of Serba n Scib will hit hard due to RRPT,i did flag Scib receivable is greater than the company's market cap sometime last year.One of the "master sifu" still ask to buy big,buy as many as u can 3 days ago,30%cheaper after 2 trading days,she is in deep shit now.

Kpower around this price can take risk to buy some la,risk reward ratio is good.Kpower is running by Mustakim,he is very "friend" to Kedah,perak n pahang gov,all projects(90% if not all) secured without Serba.Totally independent from Serba,Mustakim is not shareholder n Bod of Serba also

Im very curious why many die hard here so confidence about this counter,i have told not to buy at $3 post split,many got hurt bad enough after it dropped all the way from 3 to 1.63.Mr Roslan sold almost all his "free" warrant from 19mil shares to 1mil shares lately,did he buy in any mother share?No. He did sell 2mil mother instead,why he did so,maybe buying at pp is cheaper than open market.From Q4 of 2020 to Q1 of 2021,revenue up by only $2mil,better net profit because "better" net margin of 16%,next Q's earning will be very critical,if revenue of $250mil(which i highly doubt because of billing delay),8%net margin profits of $20mil/490mil share=4 sen/share.Just my thought,not buy or sell call
