YiStock is trying to provide earning guidance for coming quarters. Gkent has huge project on hand and no doubt could clinch more. But that doesnt guarantee earning will rise non stop quarter to quarter due to time lapse. One needs to understand what work in progress mean in accounting. It's not a concern for genuine investor who see the value in long term though.

Agree with YiStock, the explosive earning should come to tail end already while waiting to kick off next project. You will understand YiStock if you are an accountant.

IMO it doesn't really matter what is the sales of Capital City as Gadang is entitled to % of the GDV up to RM300m. As long as the construction is progressing, Gadang will receive cash. Gadang need not to bear unsold units. Worst case scenario is construction progress slowed down.

PS: This is similar to HoHup's deal with Malton on Pavillion 2 project. Watch out for another gem in the making :)

The latest RM800m order book should hav included the new contract from RAPID, as it was reported as significant subsequent event (Note A11) already. Anyway, let's not focus too much on the order book figures, as it will be the property division that drives Gadang forward in coming years.

The Company is saving its cash for debt repayment. Dividend payout will definitely increase once debt is substantially reduced.

Haha.. the article has a small paragraph (last paragraph) on Gadang. Anyway, it's not easy to clinch Pengerang or MRT job but Gadang got both of them and executed well. With over RM200b projects in the pipeline, I think no worry yet :)
