Topglove fiscal year ended on 31/08/18, that is before ex bonus, of course NOT adjusted. and Q1 2019 is ended 30/11/18, is after ex bonus then need to be adjusted. For magni case, bonus ex after Q1 and to calculate EPS, we need to look at annualised net profit divided by total number of share.

Hahaqwe... I don't think Magni PE will rise to 15. I estimated Magni's net profit this year around RM110mil-RM130mil. So EPS will be around 25sen-30sen. At current price, PE around 8-9.

EPS is use to calculate PE at current price. It is important as a reference whether the share is cheap or expensive before you decide to buy in. Even Magni has many advantages as you mentioned but if Magni has high PE, you better avoid it.

Wenlijian... Q1 eps 18.76sen will be adjusted also after share split and bonus issue. Annualised eps will be (30mil x 4Q)/433mil=27.7sen.

Pang, I would happy to share my comments in the forum but I won't recommend when to buy or when to sell because I am not the god. I don't know when the price is the lowest and when the price is highest. Earning of the company will decide whether you buy or sell. And when you wanna buy, buy portion by portion, and same for the sell.

Pang, very happy you have earn money from Magni. Me too. I held Magni since 2013 and in between I have sold 20% of it, which is I think I sold it too early. But frankiy speaking, I am planning to sell some of it before bonus ex. because I bought at very low price. My margin on Magni more than 500% and it is time to cash some money.

@Apple168, price up or drop after bonus is depend on the company performance and investors confident on Magni, not you said drop it will drop. Like PentaMaster, after bonus the price adjusted to 2.90 but now 4.60.

For Magni case, share split first followed by bonus issue. If you have 2,500, you will get (2,500 x 2) x 4/3 = 6,666.67, and you will have 6,666 unit of magni. In this case, I would suggested you to buy another 500 units to make it 3,000 units then you will have 8,000 units. It is easy for you if you wanna sell magni in the future.

Nike will announce Q1 result at 1.15am 25 Sept (Malaysian time). If result good (especially sales in China), meaning China no boycott Nike products.
