If BM cancelled, you think Govt will be so quiet about the announcement. This involves China as well. So, let's be clear here: if there's any delay or cancelation with the project, govt will issue statement about the situation of the project as it involves CHINA. And since there's none so far, it means there's no huge issues, maybe just waiting few days for funds to clear and paperwork to be done (RM1.2b fund) to be cleared by banking system takes time.
