I don't understand, by right Kgroup still has 150,000,000 PA but now the PA listing has been reduced, i have not seen any announcement which is supposed to be made whether or not Kgroup sold or converted the balance of PA. It is kind a weird.

My personal view for XOX.

1) XOX has reached its fund raising via conversion of PA and normally they will stop pushing to show big gap.

2) XOX ordinary share has risen from 1.1B to nearly 2.5B which is not sustainable for good price after showing another 15% conversion in the last conversion

3) Chart with double top will repeat its history in 2015 and weakening to rebound.

4) since if it's peak at 0.32, very occasion fake queue buying high volume and ended with removal to attract people trap in.

5) recently the conversion of PA was purposely prolonged for no reason during bad market which was ended with unfairness trading many are at loss for conversion or loss of profit. Obviously some one had influenced to avoid the release of PA to ordinary share during failing knife in price, we can see they give way to big leg to run the tickets first. I am really ANGRY with this.

6) some one from dealer told me that he heard from company, he was informed by one of the source that to hold the share. I still believe when In stock market, when boss say buy or hold, we must run. When boss say must run then we only buy.

7) after checking WETEK is only paid up RM 100.00 with the name inside. Also I found out the director of WETEK liang zeng / zeng liang has been fired in baidu under one division due to citing violations. 8) via private placement to new share holders at 0.06 their cost are extremely, but why didn't they acquire when the price has gone down so much. I worked out their cost is around RM 0.10 overall.

9) I heard from dealer said, Mco free daily 1G to be absolved by XOX, can't claim from government. Any on going business expansion and the profit we can only forecast, yet to reflect on paper so soon. Anything can happen.

10) I worked out the PA being left and I suspected kgroup has sold all the PA via market, this is in line with my earlier prediction that, as soon as PA and WB in high volume and the smaller gap, which means the goreng period is at the ending stage. Also XOX has reached their budgeted raising fund for about RM 70m for business expansion.

I think XOX has reached its peak and those have intention to hold will have to rely on the future earning. As of today, The support level is still at 0.185.

For the time being, i will not look at its future yet as there are many MOU still pending and my self will quick for the time being.

I believe to break 0.30 is achievable and now we can market sentiment is stable. The glove counter will lead the other stocks especially ACE MARKET Stocks which have gone through a healthy correction.

Not forgetting XOX now has nearly RM 70 million cash on hand. The financial condition is different now.

NASDAQ is outperformed again and I believe the ACE MARKET will follow. Today, we can see many ACE Counters are listed mostly top 20

Many stocks are on 'N' recovery which has done 30% correction as you can see. The good thing we can see the sight with limit up stocks and for sure many stocks which have gone through 30% correction is a good buy signal including XOX

XOX will on uptrend on 'N' recovery which is a very strong rebound signal

Conversion of PA or Warrant to any stocks are depending on luck and the correct timing. Don't blame anyone else here or there. Don't blame Eddie Chai also just because his name appeared in one of the substantial holders. There are many people behind we don't know.

I have checked the SSM that daniel tam is also the share holder of WETEK TECHNOLOGY (M) SB in agreement with XOX micro financing, e-wallet etc, and wetek the directorship are those from baidu.

I can see XOX is doing real thing at the right time. Don't compare XOX with penny stocks.

Hence, we we were based on coming quarter report 31/8/2020, Kgroup in fact will constitute a capital gain into XOX with around RM 5.8 Million profit on paper.

Based on the current price XOX 0.255 as of today, Kgroup will constitute a capital gain profit with around RM 119 Million if the XOX price would stay at RM 0.255 by end of august 2020 and quarter report on 30/11/2020 will reflect the profit on paper.

China 5G group has no place to invest already. Western is avoiding China 5G. The possible place to invest is only southern Asia and our government is keen to develop 5G at this time.
