The last, designated as Section 12, is a deferred alignment where construction is to be carried out subject to compliance in the concession agreement (CA).

And mind you?This golden goose can lay golden eggs for 60 years.

Current mkt cap is RM2 bil.Cost of construction of wce is RM8 bil. 68 times 4 = 2.72,this being the rough estimate of value of wcehb stock,without taking into ac future population growth,future toll rate rise,etc. So how? Is it too late? Lol.

Pang,PMX did instruct epf to increase the amount they invest locally.Hope epf board bukan gaji buta.
