When oil price is up, main beneficiary will be up stream oil producer like Sumatec; every cent increase in oil price will result directly increase in profit without any additional cost or overhead..as they have stated that their cost is only 20 to 25 (Sumatec oil is produced on shore which is cheaper compared to off shore) just think of how much they can make with this super bull run in oil, the share price is comparatively cheap (.1 to .11) even though it has run quite a fair bit (from .055) and the WB is even more attractive (.04 to .05) with a strike price of .175 ; just calculate how much it will rise in percentage when the price of mother is at .4 to .6 and the high premium it will command for the future looks so promising !! Keep Sumatec if you want to ride on the oil super bull and be rewarded kaw kaw ...!!
