Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCity) has failed in its bid to strike out a RM76.56 million lawsuit by Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) over alleged damage to the utility giant’s undersea cable in Johor. The High Court dismissed the applications by IWCity and its wholly-owned units, Tebrau Bay Construction Sdn Bhd and Tebrau Bay Sdn Bhd, to strike out the suit and awarded costs of RM8,000 per application to TNB. As such, the case will proceed for a full trial. — TNB’s suit against IWCity over alleged damage to undersea cable to go to full trial

This is a goreng stock as it is related to KPRJ. And shares issued is much smaller than 8877, 900m vs 3b, and mkt float is low, easy to goreng although without solid QR & AR results. It is much depending on Johor future development and the use of land banks. If one is daring to fight, they cheong in and tag along with KPRJ and hope to get nice profits, if it is gorenging, one day can up 5c to 10c, quite gila. But, not for me already. Unless P8.03A settled then I may reconsider again, takut.... Hmmmn. My2c and may not be right, may ignore.

不过，如果我们认真考虑其它因素，例如，乘客量，马来西亚新加坡没中国那么多人口。每天来回吉隆坡新加坡(双坡)的乘客，这是个很大问题。然后，车费呢？一趟多少。。。当然HSR在中途还有停留很多个不同地方例如麻坡。。。不过，如果车费是每天来回的乘客，太贵的话就很吃力。如果乘客量不够大，价格也不够高，这样的话，50年可以回本吗？每天每个月每年都必须🈶Maintenance费用，工人费用，冷气和其它设施等等，费用不小。短期：好看不好吃。长期：也不懂好吃没有。😂🤣

Contra means buying shares but never pay money to pick up, sell by T+2 days before a fixed time set by the broker. Usually if sell on T3, the extra one day has to pay interest loh.

For this bb, as long as it doesn't tumble (assuming this will not happen, yes, we know what r they planning to), it will be good for the whole market sentiment and Johor development, a d good for other penny stocks, on rotational plays in near terms and creating a mini bull mkt and good for the people in the next 4yrs, political stability, advance technology ahead for our beloved country, long overdued paperless idea such as einvoicing would help the country to generate more income, which is good for our upcoming budgets and good for Malaysia and the people. KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 30): The land acquisition process for the Mass Rapid Transit 3 (MRT3) Circle Line project is expected to be completed in two years, according to Mass Rapid Transit Corp Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Zarif Hashim.

Speaking to the media after unveiling the TTDI-Deloitte MRT Station, Zarif said that MRT Corp is currently focusing on the land acquisition process, which involves over 1,000 lots of land, the majority of which are private lots.

As for the MRT3 tender process, Zarif said that it will depend on what the government decides.
