How can it worth less. With the current cash level after repayment of all borrowings (now is debt free) & reservation for working capital, it still have RM1.1b of unsold units or their effective portion of RM800m that can be distributed as a dividend for 2024

Last quarter NTA was RM1.02. By end of Sep, around 69 cents after distribution of 33 cents. If they distribute another 20 cents, it still has 49 cents NTA

However, after many rounds of averaging my price is about 45 cents. But after the receipt of dividend of 33 cents end of the month, plus 6 cents dividends previously my average price is around 6 cents

Yes & no. Privatisation or not is still good for the shareholders. Yes capital reduction, we can distribute RM1.3b as a dividend after deducting the accumulated losses. But it doesn't mean they cannot distribute more dividends provided they are still on a going concern basis. 10 cents, 20 cents & more are still possible. If you assumed a blue sky scenario, the shareholders can recoup back RM1.20 worth of value

What can 20 cents buy you in KLCI? I can buy a reputable property developer with international presence. Good stuff

But now they have 25 years Vietnam power plant concession with option to increase its stake to 40% & LSS4. If it is 40 to 50 cents, maybe it's still risky as it still have its loss-making property investment business. But at current price, how low it can be

And they managed to be prudence on evaluating their projects; to hold back, scale back and even reduce the level of activity. Moreover, they are distributing to the shareholders for the excess cash after repayment of borrowings & allocation of sufficient working capital. This is a testament of good management

What I can say that their projects' margins were not what they expected in previously due to tough local regulations & escalation of costs due to delays during the pandemic. But they managed to deliver all the projects in the UK & AUS and is ready for the 2nd phase of growth once the housing market and construction costs are stabilised

Many IPO investors are suffering huge losses since its IPO. It seems that there were huge sell down by the promoters, management team and staff after the listing & lock-in period. It is starting to give an impression that this IPO is merely an avenue for the major shareholders to cash out their investments.

The distribution of 900m when GBP to RM was RM5.20. Now is around RM5.95 & they managed to expedite on their sale of unsold units. We can expect another round of distribution after this of around 15 to 17 cents

But not many people are aware of its potentials & tailwinds. That are the missing pieces

You can go wrong with a concession business in Vietnam when it is the fastest growing economic nation in ASEAN. They are in dire need of energy for its industries

When all the counters up, the next is gonna be JAKS. Even Ekovest with high debt & loss-making highway concessions also now breaking 2-year high. 30 cents is easy peasy
