The economic outlook for FYE2022 remains uncertain with the COVID-19 pandemic continuing to affect
economies globally with rising infection rate impacting businesses and communities. Despite these challenges,
the Group is optimistic on the business potential of the ICT industry and factoring industry.
The Group will continue to enhance its current digitalisation solutions to remain competitive in the industry. To
further strengthen the Group’s position as one of the key players in the market, we collaborate with strategic
partners to create synergy and enhance our portfolio of innovative technological offerings. The Group’s virtual
event platform and services were launched in FYE 2020 to cater for demand from organisations to hold virtual
events to meet their statutory and regulatory compliance requirements during and after the Covid restriction
periods. To date, we have conducted over 130 virtual general meetings for public limited companies.
The Company’s subsidiary in Taiwan, Inbase Partners Limited (“Inbase”) offers cutting edge fintech and digital
advisory services. Despite the pandemic affecting economic activities in Taiwan, Inbase’s business and
operations were not materially affected as most of its businesses were conducted online. Inbase is continually
identifying and developing other business opportunities to enhance its business. These include investment in
digital assets and precious metals by using its in-house proprietary and other digital platforms. Inbase’s new
digital platform codenamed “Catch Markets” has started live operation in April 2022.
Longhouse Films Sdn. Bhd. (“Longhouse”) launched a movie drama entitled “The Assistant” in cinemas on 19
May 2022. “My Ofis” another drama also produced by Longhouse was launched on 26 May 2022 through iQiyi
Over-the-Top (OTT) platform.
Our factoring business under Ikhlas started operation in January 2022 and continues to contribute revenue and
earnings to the Group. We expect this business to perform profitably this calendar year and also in the coming
financial years.
Another subsidiary of the Company, Swapp Asia Sdn. Bhd.’s (“Swapp”) digital business card creation and
management mobile application “Let’s Swapp” went live in January 2022. The Group foresees digital business
cards will gradually replace traditional paper business cards in the near future and expects Let’s Swapp to
contribute to the Group’s revenue in FYE 2023.
The Group intends to venture into the digital nomad hub business. This investment plan is in line with the
government’s announcement on the DE Rantau programme aimed at establishing Malaysia as the preferred
digital nomad hub in ASEAN while boosting digital adoption and promoting digital professional mobility and
tourism across the country. Entry into this business involves the purchase of landed properties at strategic
locations to transform them into digital hubs and equipped them with the relevant IT tools and services which
the Group possesses and can be transferred and put to use for this purpose.

Commander of the Sikorsky S-61 Helicopter Squadron and the Dart Herald Transport
Squadron. He also flew the C-130H Hercules, the Aermacchi MB-339, the F-5E and
the CN-235-220.
Throughout his career, General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj. Suleiman has been assigned to
several staff and operational appointments, and of importance was his appointment
as the Director of Armed Forces Development Plans in the Malaysia Armed Forces
Headquarters. In 1989, he was appointed the Base Commander of RMAF Base,
Butterworth, a Fighter Operational Air Base. Later, he was assigned as the Commander
of the RMAF Air Training Command. He was then promoted to Brigadier General RMAF
and took over command of No. 1 Air Division, an Air Defence (and Fighter) Command.
He later moved to the post of Brigadier General Staff (Operations) at the Air Force
Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur. On his promotion to Major General RMAF in June
1994, he was appointed as the Chief of Staff Operations and later on, was assigned as
the Chief of Staff Policy and Plans. In August 1996, he assumed the post of the Deputy
Chief of Air Force, and was upgraded to the rank of Lieutenant General RMAF on the
same post, in June 2000.
General Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj. Suleiman was promoted to the rank of General RMAF and
assumed the appointment of the Chief of the Royal Malaysian Air Force on 11 June
2001. He retired on 4 June 2003 at the age of 56.

Longhouse has invested into locally produced tele-movies “Ada Hantu” which has been released in Disney+ while
“The Assistant” is under post-production. The production team is now working on a new IP sitcom “My Ofis” which is currently
under production. The storyline revolves around an advertising creative office environment that deals mainly with office politics
amongst its management teams and its workers. MyOfis is expected to run for three seasons with the 1st Season expected to
be broadcasted in Q1 of 2022.
Meanwhile, our team is in final negotiation for a co-production agreement with CCTV Animation Group Co. Ltd., an animation
company under the state-run media broadcaster China Central Television (CCTV) for a 52-animated series – “Panda and Friends”
featuring pandas (China’s national animal) and indigenous animals of Malaysia (The characters are inspired by Sang Kancil, Sang
Harimau, Tapir, Hornbill and Orangutan) to be known as “Panda and Friends”. The co-production of “Panda and Friends” is part
of an initiative founded by CCTV Animation to promote and share cultures throughout different countries. The animation series
was launched by China in collaboration with other countries to feature characters that are synonymous or related to China and
the collaborating countries.
The Group had recently concluded a private placement exercise raising RM8.7 million in preparation for this project. The team
is also in partnership talks with FINAS and MDEC for the production on this series aiming to promote our local landmarks and
culture to the world stage.

Dalam makluman kepada Bursa Malaysia pada Jumaat, syarikat itu berkata JVA dibuat melalui anak syarikat tidak langsungnya, Ikhlas Al Dain Sdn Bhd.

1. INTRODUCTION
Reference is made to the proposed utilisation of proceeds raised from Right Issue with Warrants exercise
involving the issuance of 626,136,825 Rights Shares and 313,068,412 Warrants C which was completed on
3 November 2020 (“Rights Issue with Warrants”). The Company had raised total proceeds of approximately
RM81.398 million from the Rights Issue with Warrants.
2. DETAILS OF THE VARIATIONS OF THE UTILISATION OF PROCEEDS
As at 31 October 2022, NETX had utilised approximately RM35.476 million from the total proceeds raised
from the Rights Issue with Warrants. On 14 November 2022, the Board of Directors of NETX has approved
the extension of the timeframe for the full utilisation of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue with
Warrants in the manner as set out below (“Proposed Extension of Time”) :

3. RATIONALE
The Group is developing the digital platform which offers travellers with an option to purchase foreign
currencies. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought upon a slowdown in economic activities and border
restriction in all countries. While pending the border restriction to be lifted, the expenditure on working
capital were reduced to be cost effective. As the border restriction were gradually lifted during this year,
the utilisation of the proceeds on working capital will increase gradually in the future and therefore needed
to be extended for another year.
4. APPROVALS REQUIRED
The Proposed Extension of time is not subject to the approval of any regulatory authorities or the
shareholders of the Company.
The Board is of the opinion that the Proposed Extension of Time will not have any adverse effect on financial
performance of NETX and is in the best interest of the Company.

KUALA LUMPUR: Netx Holdings Bhd's subsidiary Emicro Services Sdn Bhd is collaborating with Myisco Sdn Bhd to extend Shariah-compliant financial products to customers of Myisco's digital Islamic financial service platform.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Myisco is expected to list Emicro’s financial products into the Myisco Wallet to create synergies and enhancing the visibility of the platform as well as Emicro’s financial products.

"Approximately seven million Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia (Angkasa) registered members will have access to Emicro’s financial products through the Myisco Wallet.

"In term of the features, Myisco deploys an artificial intelligence engine that can instantly match different customer’s needs and financial product category," it said.

ADVERTISING

It added that upon completion of the application, Myisco customers will be able to withdraw money through the Myisco Wallet or designated bank account within one working day.

Under the terms of the agreement, Emicro will be entitled to 80% of the net revenue, less taxes, from the personal financing while Myisco will receive the remaining 20%.
