They would revamp the hotel properties acquired from Its previous owner Mui Holding to become the world class resort and rent them out through Arbnb where they doing it at KLCC ( KUALA LUMPUR CITY Center). They already have years of experience in these area. PM Holding is expected to turn around.
EXSIM has been operating Airbnb rental service in KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Center) for many years. I just wonder whether EXSIM would combine the Airbnb rental service in KLCC and Port Dickson and separate them from the property developments for better management and control ???
EXSIM earlier on revealed through the media that the acquisition of PM Holding is for the expansion of short term accommodation business where they have been doing it for years at KLCC. That shows the business is profitable and wants to increase further through other ideal locations and Port Dickson is one of the targets. Quite likely they would combine the KLCC and the Port Dickson units together even though they did mention that they would not inject property developments into PM Holding. In other words, there would brighter future and better prospects for PM Holding.
EXSIM spent about RM36.73 million for the acquisition of PM Holding. That is not a small sum. EXSIM should have bigger plan or strategy in mind which has yet to announce !
