1.) Where is the Money From ???
Note : From 2020 to December 2023 >
Total Share of Profit = RM 431.703 Million
Total Dividend = RM 97.386 Million
Grand Total = RM 529.089 Million


So Mike-tikus mind calculate from 2020 to Dec 2023 Insas share of profit from associate company Inari and dividend received from inari?
And Grand total?

But dividend received from JHDP only RM 97.386 Million

You need to ask BOD why JHDP keep the profit and only distribute a mere dividend of RM 97.386 million?

There is a Loss more than RM 63 million in Local construction, esp on Pacific Star project ..which involved Legal Disputes with Star Media .. 

After 6 years of Legal Disputes.. Jaks won on Star Media Appeal to Federal Court ( after Star failed in Court of Appeal ) on 7/3/2024 and can start the counter claim suit with Total over RM 540 million: 

👉👉👉 “ JAKS then filed a counterclaim for the return of the RM50 million bank guarantee, together with RM248.24 million in liquidated and ascertained damages, and to claim RM297.04 million for loss of proceeds from a corporate fundraising as it claimed Star Media's suit against the company had affected its fundraising.“

Everyday is getting heavier with new shares been issued by the incompetent Ang family, management team for fund-raising to pay their high salaries and long-term incentive program. the ones that die in ditch are the shareholders after a decade long fighting but yet getting nothing.
