R88 this stock seem like fully manipulated by operator. Cannot use ur calculator for this stock. They can easily pull down and push high once they collected all the bottom ticket. We dun know where is the bottom ticket now.

TS Wong, Farhash, Sultan of Kelantan bought a combined stake of 30% at 2.15. You buy now 1.95 - 1.99 you will get it cheaper than them. Just buy, no need to think. Keep it for a few months. Technically and experience wise and track record with Immigration Dept, they must get the contract, if not in full, partially.

1st Tp b4 contract award = 4.00 ++

2nd Tp after contract award = 6.00 - 7.50

300 mil profit over 4 yrs for company with 100 mil shares = 300/100/4 = 75 cents per share per year earnings.

PE 8 => 6.00
