This one hit above 4.90 in 2014.
I sold at 4.50 after it retraced from the high.
Current price is after going one for one bonus issue, so it's 2.68.....
....still got potential to go up.....IF operator wants to push :)

I bought some at 90 sen in 2018, and it dropped 50% after...
....now, it's up 50%...ha ha
....just a small position, play play for fun...as token of appreciation for the BIG profit in 2014.

I rested after cutting all my position in 2014.
...only came back in early 2020, during MCO....
....bought Mahsing, CIMB and Genting....made some money and now holding CIMB and Maybank for dividends....

If declare dividend earlier, won't be that cheap la. Better accumulate before it announces dividends because once it announces it, share price will fly to the moon. Don't declare first, let us buy more.

KSL, a growth stock which earning continued to be driven by JB projects.

In 2023, KSL launched 3 JB township project ie KSL Pulai Bestari (190 acre), KSL Elma (84 acre), KSL Azalea (180 acre). This townships will contribute earning in 2024 and onward. KSL last JB township launched is Mutiara Bestari (100 acre) in 2018.

As for KSL Klang Mall, very low traffic means it is for 'long term investment'. Director is right to reduce mall gross floor area from 2m to 1m sf and refuse to borrow money to finance this mall. Since the mall is completed now, all the shareholders are waiting dividend to be paid again .....

KSL Directors are very bullish in property market next few years. They now buying lands which are ready to start development once land deals are completed. KSL also in the midst of developing several on going projects. There is no question of 'pause' the development for KSL.

Today KSL shot up 11% or 8.2% in one day. I have used all my money to buy KSL because it is the cheapest in terms of PE ratio among the top 10 property developers in Malaysia. I am not asking you to buy to support the share price because the daily traded volume is a few million shares. Today the traded volume is 6.2 million shares.
