The 3 latest quarterly realised net income has been stabilizing, and OPR is unexpectedly down rated on year beginning. Can expect reduced fiance cost. Rental rate is also improved to over 90%

Around 0.95 is a bargain, worth collecting.

MQREIT net realized income is recovering.. or can wait until Q2 to see the actual effect of MCO.

Noted :D) long time didn’t check FD rate, now alrdy so low at 1.6% only. MQREITS yield almost 10% is too attractive in time of low interest return.

MQREIT (5123.KLSE) released its 2Q2020 quarterly report, and the stock price immediately rose 4.5cent, or 6.3%

On the surface of QR 2Q2020, the distributable income increased by 9.9%

surprisingly good result even thought is an office based REIT. good REIT to hold for div yield.

If you read carefully, you see what happened was MCO operations cost came down for offices but MQ did not do rent rebate for office tenants. That is why net profit grew lol

MQREIT is a lot more resilient than other retail REITs. Once contract is signed, it's for a few years and most of them are huge companies. Only concern is Platinum Sentral. Current price is a steal for stable dividend for the next 2 years. Close to being as good as my beef wellington.

Oh nice. I was wondering when they were finally going to get rid of this useless vacant building. Hopefully they use this money to pay down on their borrowings or give to us unit holders

Even if they drop 10-20% the yield is still superb. Well worth the risk.
