The low right issue price of 0.50 as compared to its previous closing price of 0.84 should be reason for the big plunge in its price even though muhibbah is a good company. Those holding a lot of shares should have seen the opportunity to dump first and pick up later. They will surely bought back when its price drop close to 0.50. I should have sold if I got the news earlier.

this counter plunged down heavily this afternoon, down 20 over cents .the company has just proposed to have right issues of 1 for every 2 shares held, It has not yet confirmed the date and issue price. it will call for EGM to seek approval from the shareholders, i belief that it will take considerable time to finish the whole procedure. who knows, it will bounce back tomorrow.

Amid very weak market sentiment and retail investors have their plate full, right issue is absolutely a bad idea. Many retail investors can't afford to fork out more money to subscribe. Price may be under greater pressure come closer to ex date.

Today, the counter drops to 61 cts which is amongst the 10 years historic low. the company declares for rights issue only and it does suffer from huge losses, what is the rights issue price and when is the Ex date, they are still unknown, why feel so panic to throw away your shares. it is so low price now, better to buy rather than to sell. Be patient, it will be back to your favorite price later.

I suspect it was EPF & LTH dumping yesterday coz together they own 13+ mil shrs...LOL EPF always very swayyyyy....gd @ losing pensioners' monies. Let's see whether Fidelity report any sales soon...zero position here after cashing out @ 97c & 93c in '20 & '21
