Hi Pua, thanks for the link but that is the esos quantity for this round. I guess i should be more specific in my question. I'm trying to find out how much can the management can continue to issue the esos. Can they issue 100Million esos at the price of RM 1.13 to themselves or staff?

Anyway i found this info in the Annual report. Might have miss it when it read it the 1st time.
Can refer to page 73 of the annual report. (Link Below). TGUAN approved 28.6M of ESOS shares at the price at RM1.13 for 5 years (2019-2024). Lets say if all are fully exercise, then TGUAN number of shareholding (NOSH) is about 410M. Not great but not a big concern as it 7% increase in NOSH and future earning will be diluted by 7%

Online sales has been dropping and therefore the demand for wrapping bag has decrease. I couldn't recall the revenue of blown up bag vs stretch film and also unsure if demand for stretch film reduce as well. I believed the margin will be further squeeze by next year on the electricity ICPT adjustment in Jan since election is over.
