1.30 is about 2.60 before split... this price is pre-covid average, so it is entirely possible to arrive back there too when glove normalises... makes sense...

if reach 1.30 and pullback, the pullback will form the right shoulder, it will then look like inverse head and shoulder formed... could be setting up for 2nd half 2024 run after this formation...

Gloves companies in Malaysia, all have same cycles in share prices, gloves sales and revenue/profit. Supermax should be match them this qtr.

Of late,glove cos have demonstrated stability in prices unseen for 2 yrs.Harta is up 67% frm low of 1.41.Kossan is up 55% from low of 1.02.Both are stabilizing at a higher level as of now.If this is not the best tell tale sign i dunno what is.Supermx's low was 71 sen,if it can rise 55% like kossan it shud be 1.11.This year's high was 1.07.All we need is a good QR.

A bonus,usa sales resumed in early nov.Next Qr will factor in another 20% of sales.So if current Qr is good,next Qr will be better...if current qr is not too good,next qr will still be better.

Supermx has the highest reserves of Rm 2 bil plus of the big 4,meaning stanley is smart n did not go into unnecessary n marginal expansion,thus the probability of impairment is very small.Now this huge pile of cash will come in very handily.

due to running the bis in US involve high cost, will they any hidden risk like cost overrun for building the plant? High labour cost and high tax...etc...Margin will be low...Just wonder why they built the plant in US instead of built it in less develop nation

Total for this venture is USD500million for all 8 buildings...
Phase 1 USD350million consist of probably 4 buildings - 1 X factory, 1 X office, 1 X distribution centre and 1 X maintenance workshop building. Phase 1 factory is only USD90million. subsequent factories could be less...
