Karma will hit back these conmen for sure, is just the matter of time. In the meantime, law enforcer probably can start investigating this company perhaps by talk to the ex finance managers or staff that left the company, see if there is any misdeed done by the MD or top management, which we strongly believe there is.

This ARBB-PA will be automatically converted to Mother Share upon expiry on the 15 Jan 2024 at the ratio of 1 Mother Share for 14 PA. Just in time to complete their Dividend Distribution exercise this coming 27 December 2023 EGM. Upon conversion to ARBB shares, ARBB distributes 14 ARB-IOT shares listed in Nasdaq for every 1,000 ARBB Shares that you are holding. Wow. What a Good Way to add new Nasdaq listed shares into our Portfolio? Guess we should buy ARBB shares now or add more ARBB-PA to get them automatically converted on the 15/1/2024 for our brand new experience of holding or and trading in the Nasdaq counter in the future. At least we get to feel of trading in the New York Stock Exchange under Nasdaq.

Unfortunately, most people in the market know that fatty Liew is not a generous and genuine person. If he is, all the counters he touched won't be at this situation. Have you forget to check how much ARBIOT is trading in NASDAQ? From 4 dollars?

That's normal. IPO at USD 4-00 dropping to USD 0.84 today. Remember buy now KLSE ARBB Mother at 7.0 or 7.5 sen and PA at RM0.005 will be safe and okay. You said Fat Boy not generous but you must remember, his very big portion of shareholdings is involved here. He also mahu huat mah.

I am sorry that most of you/incl me lost $$$ in this toilet paper counter...

From now on, please spend your hard earned $$$ buying shares of company with real profits/stable & quarterly dividens and not just "profit" on paper/zero dividen and only know how to reward you with more of its Nasdaq toilet paper shares. ... good luck all in escaping this counter ever....

thanos2020 & felet404. I understand your feelings towards Fatty Liew for losing so much money in this ARBB counter based on the apparent good company results reported by the ARBB from 2019 to 2022. I think the latest falling of ARBB market prices was mainly due to the adverse publicity of Dato Seri Chin's bad handlings of AGESON accounts and his wrong doings charged in court to him and to Ageson where DS Liew was his major partner in that business. Sorry for hearing and bearing all the losses. Who is not angry for losing money? FYI. I just came into this ARBB and ARBB-PA just this month in December 2023. All the while, I did not touch Ageson or ARBB before. SO SAD that all the earlier investors kena kaw kaw due to drop in Ageson and ARBB prices within a few months after Feb 2023 till May 2023 for Ageson and May 2023 to Nov 2023 for ARBB. Deep sympathies to all.

Fatty Liew using this exercise to dump his shares to the market and take this opportunity to cash out? NASDAQ shares more valuable? The whole exercise just giving out useless paper shares which cost zero for Fatty Liew to print,shares exchange shares? ARBIOT stock will go back to less than USD1. I wonder if the company still got any cash left or fully plundered by conmen through fake projects, investments, MOUs?

Next week 5 days left to give yourself a chance to get Dividend in Specie of 14 Nasdaq Share of ARB-IOT for every ARBB shares you buy from KLSE. I have bought mine and the ex-date is on the 19/1/2024. I have never own any Nasdaq or Overseas shares before. Hope I got to taste what owning Nasdaq Shares is like. If you ask me to buy straight from the Nasdaq Trading, I won't because No.1, they are all mostly very expensive. No.2, they are all very foreign to me.

NASDAQ share mostly very expensive? Means u have no idea how NASDAQ run, their price of 1.50 means 1.50 USD , not 1500 USD. Don't expect too high on such offering, based on track record, ARB not so generous, top management will suck the money out of the company. If not, why keep on changing auditors and even their CFO? You didn't smell anything fishy? First Ageson, then Annum, one by one you can see their faith, all being sucked until dry.

I think that would be arranged by the Management as stated "The Entitled Shareholders will receive their entitlements to the Distributable Shares at no cost." It means to me that They will arrange everything to us at no further cost and allow us to trade altogether with an account linked to our Normal Trading Account in Malaysia. If I am wrong, please correct me. TQ.

ARBB-PA delisted yesterday 16-1-2024 but we investors have not received the auto conversion to ARBB shares yet. The Management should automatically inform us and change our ARBB-PA delisted to ARBB shares without any delay. PLEASE. TQ.

Currently performance in Nasdaq is USD1.42. If compared with our Malaysian Price of RM0.09 their Nasdaq price should be USD1.38 per share there. But our Malaysian price drops to RM0.08 now. But the Nasdaq price is still higher than our Malaysian Price in comparision. Still worth to buy if ARBB drops lower than RM0.09 per share here. My sincere opinion only. Trade at your own risk.
