SP Setia starts its rocket to the moon now. You know what? More than 500 acres of Petaling Garden land in Klang is now developed into an industrial park. Petaling Garden was acquired by I&P, but I&P is now wholly owned by SP Setia. Where is exactly this land? Beside Klang Sentral across Jalan Meru is Setia Alam...........
All other properties counters aldy at 5 years record high like ecowld/ioipg/mahsing but this sp still not yet reach there. This is a laggard stock. Just matter of time before it play the catch up.
The market cap even before any shares dilution last 5 years in 2018 already above RM9bil. So if based on current NOSH issued abt 4.45m, the share now should be valued above RM2.
