We refer to the Company's announcements dated 11 January 2022, 10 February 2022, 4 April 2022, 13 July 2022, 7 September 2022, 15 November 2022, 3 April 2023, 11 May 2023, 16 June 2023, and 11 July 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.



Solicitors for both the Plaintiff and the Defendant in the suit have on 23 August 2023 attended the hearing of the Defendant’s disqualification application. The Court has dismissed the Defendant’s disqualification application with cost of RM15,000.00 to be paid forthwith. As such, the firm of Messrs. Joel & Mei will continue to represent the Plaintiff in this suit. The Court has also fixed the trial date for the main suit on 11 to 14 March 2024 and 18 to 21 March 2024. The Court has also fixed the next case management date on 6 September 2023 for the Defendant’s application for the protective order for parties to discuss if an agreement can be reached.

I am only guesssing, both Awantec n Salute stocks price can't spike-up, else they could spell trouble since still under close Bursa monitoring which can affect the dispute outcome with Bursa final decision, need to have a strong business foundation to present! Thus Stock prices and vol will remain idle and stay low. Mostly buy n sell by retail player, What say you?

The price of this stock spiked in April 2023. It was "played up" with the news a new shareholder was buying into this stock.

In retrospect, what happened in April 2023 which led to its price spiked up. It spiked and quickly withered away as quickly too.
