Time to change new chair since pnb chair will be changed. The so call resilient remarks few quaters ago only seeing consistent poor results delivered, credibility is an issue. Is good to change to a younger once to give chance to young talent and minimize income discrepancies instead of feeding old one consistently.

森那美地产公布 1H 纯利 8,051 万令吉,宣布每股派息 1 仙
吉隆坡:Sime Darby Property Bhd在截至 2021 年 6 月 30 日的财政年度上半年录得净利润 8,051 万令吉,而去年同期净亏损 9,028 万令吉,这是由于房地产开发板块。

回顾期内的收入从去年同期的 7.64 亿令吉增长 42.8% 至 10.9 亿令吉。

董事会宣布派发每股 1 仙的第一次中期股息,除息日为 10 月 28 日,并于 11 月 16 日支付。

据该集团称,由于 Elmina City、Elmina Business Park、Serenia City、Bukit 的销售和开发活动增加,房地产开发部门贡献了 1.906 亿令吉的利润,而去年同期则为亏损 8500 万令吉。 Jelutong、Bandar Ainsdale、Nilai Impian、The Glades 和 Senada 项目,加上吉隆坡东和 Serini 的已完工库存销售增加。

吉隆坡(8 月 26 日):森那美地产集团董事总经理拿督阿兹米尔梅里坎在第二季度扭亏为盈后警告称,该集团以及整个房地产行业的全面复苏可能需要更长的时间比最初预期的要好。

在今天的虚拟新闻发布会上,阿兹米尔表示,森那美地产可能仍会经历一段时间的收入损失——特别是在第三季度——但最终将在截至 2021 年 12 月 31 日(21 财年)的整个财政年度恢复。

“我们有一个更长期的前景,因为我们认为我们在上半年的表现非常好,我们应该能够在整个 2021 年恢复,但仍有一段时间我们会出现一些收入损失,”阿兹米尔说,并补充说大多数其他房地产开发商将遇到相同的障碍。

阿兹米尔表示,由于行动管制令(MCO),森那美地产不得不停止超过 70 个活跃地点的建设进度,估计价值在 25 亿至 30 亿令吉之间。

(吉隆坡26日讯)森那美产业(SIMEPROP,5288,主板产业股)2021财年次季,按年转盈1990万5000令吉,上财年同季净亏9299万5000令吉,并宣布派息每股1仙。

森那美产业周四向交易所报备,次季营业额按年上扬74.46%至5亿282万5000令吉。


首2季来看,营业额按年上扬42.79%,至10亿9231万2000令吉,同样按年转盈8051万2000令吉。

至于每股1仙的股息,除权和派发日,分别落在10月28日及11月16日。

森那美产业董事经理拿督阿兹米马力肯,周四在业绩汇报会上说,上半财年13亿令吉的销售,加上下半年推介的发布发展总值(GDV)达21亿令吉,放眼2021财年能实现24亿令吉的销售目标。



全面线上销售

上半财年营收贡献分布,产业发展占93.4%、投资和资产管理占4.2%,休闲相关占2.5%。

他说,上半财年取得强劲的销售,已占全年目标54%,主要得益于数字营销、拥屋计划(HOC)和低利率环境。



目前,该集团的产业项目已全面数字化与线上销售。

至于下半财年,他认为房产领域仍充满挑战需要保持警惕,尤其是受到管控令影响。

但是,他指拥屋计划延长、10月群体免疫率,及国家银行仍维持1.75%隔夜政策利率(OPR),都可支撑房产领域。

截至今年6月底,该集团未入账销售达18亿3480万令吉,比3月底的16亿6000万令吉增长10.8%,可支持2年营收前景。

阿兹米马力肯也披露,有意发展工业产业,有消息会尽快公布。
