Hi, im having a question here,
(After a share consolidation, a current shareholder holds fewer shares, but each share is proportionately worth more. As a result, share consolidations do not change the aggregate value of what shareholders own or the overall market capitalization of the corporation.)
does it means this counter will be more worth after all?

Check price movement of other stocks that had undergone share consolidation to understand how investors incur huge losses even after share consolidation.

Modus operandi of many loss making penny stocks
1. Directors fail in generating business profit
2. Show Multi year losses, multi quarter losses
3. Directors repeatedly do fund raising via shares issuance to PP, ESOS and asset acquisition
4. Directors utilise most of the fund raised
5. When NOSH reach unmanageable Billions of shares, directors do shares consolidation, follow by fund raising via rights issue
6. Repeat step 1 to 5

Thanks whistleblower99. There are more penny stocks where directors can issue more shares and this dilute the already very low price. Directors get rich even though the company keep losing money every year while ikan bilis see their paper loss growing bigger until more than 90 precent loss! DON'T BUY THESE STOCKS WHETHER YOU ARE NEWBIES OR NOT. Those who buy for speculation think they can outsmart the insiders but in the end will lose out!

consolidation thing in i3 to threathen small investors to sell all the shares to them and i3 Admin didn't take
action to blocked their accounts but to blocked people who post encourage & motivate treats ? Why?

KLSE should not allow such con game unless the Company guarantees that the RI price should be maintained at 0.085cts for 3 years to protect minority shareholders….

Ex date start with 25-30 cents.
Many will though wah,8.5 cents right so very kaya.but in 10-15 trading days then get the right to sell.do the price will substain 8.5 cents above by then
