Many people misunderstang the mandatory meaning , this mandatory only apply on restricted portion of share not all minority shareholder who reject MTO ! We all united to reject pasar malam offer price !

i dont thinks new shares will issue at 0.995, the majority YTLP surely want to make profit from there. Also, i dont think new shares issue, this will dilute YTLP holdings.

Hamdan with a master degree in engineering from the UK must be boloh for selling data centre related biz at 99.5c. why not sell at 1.30-1.40? Fail math aaaa? Even me without engineering cert and only pay household water bill sold between 1.55-1.58. a nice 50c++ from buying price.

Those buy from market is due to want to join as member of YTLP. Likely fund manager. With YTL brand, likelyhood of failure is low. I recon there likely injection of water asset to Ranhil frm YTLP. Result in higher holding frm YTLP

My opinion is that this company r in troublewaters situation. Francis Yeoh took this opportunity to fully owned Ranhill coz he sees Ranhill a gem towards profitable mid and long term. Takeover and built back Ranhill. Might be YTL Power No. 2 if all goes well along🙏✌️

I think its reasonable time for those who held prior to the YTL news to TP. Then reenter on weakness, long term wise personally I don't think the fundamentals of RANHILL-SIPP to change significantly. YTLP's accounting might look more decorated at the moment. Until Indonesia's segment fully launches, I don't see any larger or prominent news to stir the price up.
This is taking into account of YTL's intention to keep RANHILL listed. Which means that floating / retailers won't be reduced to specific margins at least for now.

the MGO will take 3 + 3 weeks to the ex-date on MGO form.
Ranhill would be the pure water n Solar RE stock of YTLP, for the v happening state of Johor.
if it also supplies RE n later water to SIN = blue sky everything's so nice for the new gen.
