With constant purchases and sales over the past two years, I have managed to bring down my average cost to around 18 sen, discounting the dividends I have received so far of course.

Have been stuck in this counter for over 7 years now. Would very much like to get rid of my nightmare.

the bottomline is on the rise and the next few years is going to be interesting
1. the former club house land conversion at the cheap price is finally going to bring good revenue and profit. first project livista is selling very well
2. Wym residence at puchong is also doing well due to strategic location
3. education biz is clocking double digit growth

Oh. I spotted it when it was 0.1 in Aug Sep last year. Knowing it has been around 0.1 for many yrs. Quite teruk if no goreng. It also got project do together with Country Garden? 碧桂园。。。。 Any side effects?

Should make over 1 sen per share for financial year ending 31/03/2024, hence dividend shouldn't be less than 0.6 sen a share. NTA is 38 sen a share.

Strong volume is normally associated with sharp price rise but we have seen strong volumes on quite a number of occasions without noticeable price increases over the past few months. Maybe the big boys haven't accumulated enough. Be patient, haha.

It has stayed at below 20 sen for around 6 years already. NTA is 38 sen a share. Time is ripe for it to move up and back to above 20 sen again.

@Noni, you buy a counter that hasn't gone up much, not counters like Simeprop, E&O, SPSetia, MRCB, Ecoworld etc that have gone up by 100 to 200%. How much more can a counter that has risen by 200% go up? If you have invested in these counters, time to switch.

Many of the comments that I wrote about MRCB last year were spot on. Those who had heeded my advice and bought MRCB at below 35 sen have made tons of money if they sold at around 60 sen, more if they still keep their shares. I hope my comments about L&G would eventually materialize also. haha
