Transaction Payment Acquisition comprises e-pay services which include telco prepaid and other top-up facilities and bill collection services for consumers as well as electronic payment services. Most of the company?s revenue comes from Malaysia.

Kenanga analyst maintains forecast TP of RM0.88 and OUTPERFORM call.
GHLSYS guided for a strong 4QFY23 on: (i) RM1b e-wallet credits dished out via the eMadani initiative, and (ii) higher foreigners’ spending in Malaysia thanks to a 30-day visa-free entry for Chinese and Indian visitors from 1 Dec 2023. It has started direct merchant acquisition in the Philippines and will do the same in Thailand by end- 2023.
Analyst likes GHL for: (i) being the largest player in Malaysia’s terminal payment business, (ii) its venture into the buy now pay later (BNPL) scheme, and (iii) having a growing presence in neighbouring countries. Maintain OUTPERFORM.

Good price to collect.. there are 14 Buy calls! Upside of at least 30%!
GHLSYS remains sanguine on an elevated transaction payment volume (TPV) moving into 1QFY24 backed by the RM1b e-Madani cash handout. It indicated that its business upgrading expenses (c. RM12.8m) incurred was one-off in nature to support product offerings. Kenanga maintain our forecasts, TP of RM0.88 and OUTPERFORM call.
Kenanga came away from GHLSYS’s post-4QFY23 briefing feeling reassured of its near-term prospects.

If you heard all banks calling for buy, means retailer should sell. It's their opportunity for banks to sell higher not for retailers. Additionally, PE is very high. The growth is there but slow. Collecting for long term, yes. Collecting for short, no.

Buy calls are all skewed to the advantage of who's making the call. Do your own charts and see. Right now, it is still heading downwards with no indications of a positive reversal. Charting is not 100% accurate but at least it protects against herd mentality.

Or it could trap the daydreamers hopelessly. There is no concrete developments - only speculations to show. There has been no increase in revenue streams, no new contracts or even MOU to fall back on. When a stock moves surprisingly fast, you can only anticipate a takeover, a new deal to be signed that is not known by investors or intending investors, or new fundamentals. It has gone up 30% with every fundamental remaining as they were when it was 0.65. What is the reason?
