Working Experience
He joined Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad ("Nylex") as the Financial Controller/Company Secretary in January 1976 and became General Manager/Director of Nylex in 1980. He was promoted to the position of Managing Director in 1985. He left Nylex at the end of June 1994 and founded TEC Asia Centre, an international organisation which aims to help Chief Executive Officers manage change and grow their business.
