Momentum weak, doesnt look like it can go up today.
Fundamentals weak, catalyst all pending, make life difficult for us la this counter. Testing patience. Hopefully w Silterra turnaround we can finally ride with a lasting uptrend.

The main difference is Theta is coming out w its own border control system, whereas DNEX is using a system currently in use by many countries
So DNEX has a standard product, tried and tested over time
Theta is developing its own system and made it cheaper
To keep the costs low, Theta has is hiring from Heitech, for those who know the current system myIMMS which was established in 1993. Their proposal is to upgrade from there

Putting aside DNEX or Theta...I would prefer a tried and tested product especially for Border Control. The last thing you want is a standout system that fails. There are other opportunities to showcase Msia's innovations and talents, if any

what most malaysian IT company is doing, and also in many industry, is mee segera (instant noodle) scheme!. just buy for shlef product, get the licrnsing, install..and makd tons on $$$!!. BS.. thsts why malaysia Never become developed nation. No RnD coz it will eat most that profit that would go to pay CEO and top mgmt million. Sickening situation. What Theta trying to do is to develope home grown expertise, but..probably ppl at the top scared..better play safe.

No reason for lengthy delay in declaring winning bidder for NIISE----It was suppose to given to PKR maicai But public protest scared politicians.....Time is needed to cook-up another Deal....I think every Co in the bidding List
got equal chance ( 2 or 3 Co JV to take NIISE most likely )
