Currently, he is the Managing Director of Central Malaysian Properties Sdn Bhd and also the Chairman of Cardiff City Football Club, a professional football club based in Wales, United Kingdom. He is the Chairman of 1Malaysia-Cardiff City Football Academy and also an Advisor of Walton Berhad, a Canadian-based land banking company. He also holds various directorships in other private limited companies among them Holcim (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a Swiss-based cement company. He is also a member of The Honorary Society of Grays Inn in London.
