Working Experience
Mr Ukita joined Panasonic Corporation (formerly known as Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.) in April 1986 as an accounting staff. He was promoted to the position of coordinator in 1991 and in October 1995, he was posted to an American subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation holding the position of treasurer. In May 2002 he returned to Japan and was assigned to Internal Audit Department of Corporate Audit Group as a Councillor. Since then he has been a councillor in Corporate Cost Busters Project and Management Support Team of Corporate Accounting Group. Mr Ukita has 23 years working experience in Panasonic Corporation, mainly involved with accounting, treasury, audit and project management.
